At United Family Martial Arts, we offer Aerobic Kickboxing classes that focus on muscle toning to shape and sculpt as well as cardiovascular endurance to burn calories. We make sure that each class is different and exciting so that you get the most out of your fitness experience and avoid those unwanted plateaus. We also utilize stationary heavy bags to refine technique, build realistic Kickboxing combinations and enhance the pace of your workout. Our instructors believe in positive motivation and working at your own pace, so you will never feel centred out. Classes range from 45 minutes to one hour in length and are offered mornings, evenings and weekends.
